Our Client, an asset management firm is now urgently looking for
high calibre candidate to join their team.
工作职责
-
Assist General Counsel to reviewing legal agreements and
documents for the Group and Corporate Projects
-
Handle compliance, corporate governance and company secretarial
matters
-
Maintain and update a wide range of house templates / agreements
- Provide legal advice to business and operational units
- Update and implement compliance policies, manuals, etc.

Provide legal support to both local and overseas business lines
- Conducting legal research and prepare reports
-
liaise and communication with external Counsel or other
counterparties
-
Handle requests from headquarter and ensure smooth, accurate and
timely communications
- Assist in ad hoc duties delegated
工作要求
-
Bachelor degree in law (HK or other common law jurisdictions)
-
1-3 years of relevant experience gained from a reputable law
firm or in-house experience from sizable company; Exposure
gained from international law firms or business institutions
will be an advantage
- High integrity and professional ethics
- Attention to details and ability to identify issues
- Dynamic, work independently and proactively

Ability to draft and review documents and contracts in Chinese
and English

A good team player with eagerness to learn, a strong work ethic
and commercial awareness

Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese &
Mandarin)
