Our client, a sizable Chinese bank is now urgently looking for a
high caliber candidate to join their team.
工作职责
-
Partner with functional heads and business unit heads,
responsible to assessing the manpower needs, formulate and
execute recruitment strategies and initiatives in meeting
Business' needs.

Carry out recruitment and selection activities including
updating headcount status and prepare reports for management
review.

Plans and implement recruitment campaigns, sources and select
effective recruitment channels and tools.
- Handle ad hoc staff functions.
工作要求
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.

At least 2 years' of working experience in recruitment function.

Working experience gained from banking & Finance industry
will be an added advantages.

Excellent facilitation and presentation, interpersonal skills.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
(Cantonese & Mandarin)
