person to fill the position.

- University graduate or above
- 8 years of system support experience

Hands-on and in-depth Windows & Linux servers administration
- Hands-on and in-depth Hyper-V and VMWare administration
-
Hands-on Load-Balancer, network & wi-fi solution and
Firewall administration
- Familiar with Windows Active Directory Administration
-
Familiar with Server & Desktop Virtualized Environment
Configuration
- Familiar with Backup System administration
- Knowledge on SAN storage Administration
- Knowledge on Email System Administration
-
Knowledge on Scripting languages (e.g. Powershell, shell
script, etc)
-
Team player, self-motivated and interested to learn new
technology
- Able to work as on call basis during non-office hours
- Good command in both Cantonese and English
工作要求
- Perform level 2 infrastructure support

Support system setup, configuration and software installation
- Perform system capacity monitoring and performance tuning
-
Administration, monitor, maintain and optimize VM platform, SAN,
WAN, LAN and Wi-fi networks for optimal performance and maximum
availability

Support system incident handling and follow up problem
diagnostics
- Review and enhance system setting and security policy
- Provide assistance in infrastructure related projects
