Our client, a well-known Luxury Brand, is looking for high-caliber
person to fill the position.
工作职责

Handle full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, ER,
and L&D, etc.

Coach employees and management on HR issues, policies, practices
and programs.

Advice and mentor managers on recruitment process, internal
talent progression and engagement.

Support managers to develop and implement workforce policies,
procedures and systems to support the business vision, values
and business priorities.
-
Be the voice for management on any employee relations, need for
policy and procedure improvement, training needs.
-
Contribute to the business strategy by helping stakeholders to
identify and grow business capabilities, behaviors, structures,
and processes.

Be part of project planning, implementation and follow up for
all new initiatives.
- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management.
工作要求
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- A minimum of 4 years related working experience.

Strong knowledge and experience in various employment laws and
practices.

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

Pleasant personality with excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Patient, flexible and perseverance with can-do attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- HR experience in Retail industry preferred.
