fill the position.
工作职责

Assist the Private Banking Head to set up the Private Trust
Business
-
Formulate the goals, objectives and business plan of the Private
Trust business (family trust, charitable trust, etc.) for
Private Banking Customers
-
Provide wealth management solutions via appropriate trust
structure arrangement for clients
-
Provide support and coaching to Relationship Managers to manage
the portfolio of Ultra-high-net-worth clients to ensure their
trust tailored structures have been properly implemented and
administrated
-
Implement of business policies, operation procedures and
compliance guidelines
-
Provide a high standard of compliance and risk awareness such as
due diligence on clients

Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external
stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
工作要求
-
Degree in Law, Accounting or business related disciplines,
preferably with professional qualification such as HKCIS, CPA,
TEP, ACCA
-
Min 8 years of solid experience in private trust business gained
in bank / Asset Management or Professional firm

Sound knowledge in trust set-up, trust documents, product
development and operations
-
Capability to draw up effective marketing plan independently
- Good business acumen with innovative ideas

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
(Cantonese & Mandarin)
