工作职责
-
Setup and formulate IT Regulatory & Compliance, Governance
Framework / compliance control activities / regulatory for the
Bank Group
-
Review and comment IT Regulatory & Compliance, Governance
policies and procedures manuals of various units of the Banking
Group
-
Advise the recommendations for improvement of Technology
Regulatory, Compliance awareness and controls
-
Enhance IT Regulatory Plans including IT Security Control to
achieve the business goals and growth for the Business
-
Lead Project Implementation, Operational Review and
Infrastructure Review
-
Manage co-operation with concerned parties / stakeholders by
supervising IT Compliance planning fieldwork, and reporting of
engagements to implement strategic plans across various units
and departments of the Bank Group
工作要求
-
University degree holder with major in Computer Science /
Information Technology or related disciplines
-
Solid experience in IT / Technology Regulatory and Compliance
with Banking Sector

Setup IT / Technology Regulatory Policy and familiar with HKMA
Regulatory Requirements
- Proven Strong Lead Team Management experience

Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and
communication skills

Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise
effectively with the business and supporting units

Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
including Cantonese and Putonghua
