person to fill the position.
工作职责
-
Lead Credit Risk Team and manage all-rounded Credit Approval,
Credit Risk, Credit Policy, Credit Control, Loan Monitoring.
Loan Facilities Authorization and Policy Drafting in Loan
Portfolio and Treasury Product activities for Commercial Banking
Sector
-
Monitor credit risk assessment and analysis with business
propositions assessed by taking into accounts all relevant
counterparty and market information
-
Effective coordination / liaison with Senior Management and
provide regular reporting and advisory to the Credit Committee
on any risk management policies and collateral management issues
-
Prepare Management Reporting and Presentation to Head Office
-
Monitor the portfolio quality and spot adverse and potential
credit migration
工作要求
-
A Bachelor Degree in Banking / Business / Risk or related
disciplines
-
Over 15 years’ proven track record experience in
commercial banking sector specialized in all-rounded credit risk
management coverage in credit approvals, credit assessment,
credit appraisals, credit control for sizeable credit portfolio
-
Familiar with credit control. credit monitoring, treasury
products activities as well as commercial lending
-
Sound knowledge in HKMA’s Credit Risk Regulatory
Requirements

With solid People Management skills in developing and
implementing credit projects
- Strong liaison and negotiation skills with counterparties

A Mature, detail-minded and confident team leader with
initiative and able to work independently
-
Able to exercise judgment, work under great pressure and liaise
effectively with the various business units and supporting units
-
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
