工作职责
-
Lead Finance Departments for all financial and accounting
related-issues with the coverage of Financial Reporting, Finance
Analysis, Investment Accounting, Liquidity Risk Projects for the
Group’s Pension Business coverage in Hong Kong
-
Setup and advisory on Business Strategy and Business Planning
for Pension Business
-
Manage Business Modelling and Business Transformation Projects
-
Focus on Financial Management and with solid experience in
managing Finance Department
-
Fully responsible for Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting,
Budgetary Reporting for the Group’s
- Pension Business
-
Communicate with various Financial Authorities for MPFA &
SFO issues
-
Regular review internal control and streamline the process the
workflow of the Finance Division
工作要求
- University degree holder in Finance / Accounting
- With Qualified Accountant is a MUST
-
Over 15 years’ experience in Financial Control, Financial
and Regulatory Reporting with Bank / Insurance / Asset
Management / Trustee / Pension Sectors
-
Proven experience in setting up and advisory on Business
Strategy and Business Planning for Pension Business
-
Experience in management of Business Modelling and Business
Transformation Projects
-
Familiar with MPFA & SFO Regulations and well communication
with various Financial Authorities
-
Strong team lead experience with proven record in managing
Finance Department is a MUST
-
Experience in controlling daily operations of the Finance
Division
-
Good exposure in financial planning and analysis, cash flow
management, budgeting and forecasting, statutory & financial
reporting including SFC returns and surveys, budgetary
reporting, management reporting regulatory reporting and
performance evaluation etc in financial institutions
-
Strong problem-solving skills and able to manage confrontational
issues
-
Able to exercise judgment, work under great pressure and
flexible to liaise effectively with the various business units,
supporting units and groups of people and issues
-
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
including Cantonese and Putonghua
