Our client, a Public Listed Company, is looking for high-caliber
person to fill the position.
工作职责
-
Lead and oversee the accounting, internal audit and finance
teams
-
Responsible for financial reporting, planning, forecast, cost
control, budgeting of different business units in the Group
-
Support the Management in implementing strategic business plans,
financial and tax strategies, capital requests and budgeting
processes, cash balances and cash forecasts, fund investment and
performance measures to support the strategic direction
-
Maintain effective and good relationship with bankers, auditors
and investors
-
Identify different business opportunities and potential risks
based on various insightful financial analysis to stimulate the
financial and operational performance of a listed company
工作要求
-
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
with professional accounting qualification
-
At least 10 years of relevant experience from Listed companies
or Chinese state owned enterprise ,of which at least 5 years
supervisor experience

Good understanding of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and the
Listing Rules

Familiar with Real estate / Infrastructure Investment / Consumer
product industry is preferred

Excellent financial modelling and process improvement abilities
- Strong proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Open-minded, result-oriented with strong business acumen
