high-caliber person to fill the position
工作职责
-
Assist in execution for equity capital markets transactions
including IPO, pre-IPO investments and fundraising
-
Provide liaison and advisory on Equity Capital Markets to
clients and monitor the execution process

Perform documentation review, market research , client pitches
工作要求
-
University degree holder in Finance, Economics or
related disciplines
-
1 to 2 years’ experience in Equity Capital Markets
transaction execution with IPO
-
HKSI Qualification under SFO for handling Regulated Activities
Types 1, 4 & 9 will be preferable
- Excellent presentation skills
-
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
-
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
including Cantonese and Putonghua
