工作职责

Lead a sizeable team and oversee Digital Transformation Banking
Project to ensure delivery of committed project objectives and
results coping to Digital Business Growth for the Banking Group

Participate in Marketing Intelligence, Customer Journey and
Product Flow Ownership with end to end development
-
Enhance the lifecycle process of Recommendation Advisory /
Strategic Planning / Workflow Reengineering / End to end
Planning Starting from Scratch / Quality Assurance / Change
Management / Business Analysis for Digital Transformation
products and services
-
Plan and develop operating policies / procedures / manuals on
Digital Transformation Banking products and services matching
with latest regulatory requirements

Organize with different stakeholders / parties / various
internal departments and business units to implement the new
assignments / services
工作要求

A Bachelor Degree in e-Commerce / Computer Science / Information
Technology or related disciplines
-
With strong focus in Digital Transformation Project Delivery and
Quality Assurance plus extensive exposure in Digital Customer
Journey / Marketing Intelligence / Product Flow Ownership /
Strategic Planning / Workflow Reengineering / End to end
Planning Starting from Scratch / Change Management with Digital
Banking Sector OR Consultancy Firm Servicing Banking Clients is
a MUST
- System deployment and digital projects
- Strong market senses and new trend in Digital Banking
- Familiar with Digital Banking Products and Services
- Agile PM is essential
- Strong team leadership with stable job history

A Mature, detail-minded and confident team player with
initiative and able to work independently

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and able to manage
confrontational issues

Able to exercise judgment, work under great pressure and liaise
effectively with the various business units and supporting units

Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
including Cantonese and Putonghua
