Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to
fill the position.
工作职责

Assist the Head of Legal & Compliance in managing all
regulatory compliance matters.

Conduct independent compliance reviews/ self-assessments to
assess the effectiveness and robustness of policies and
controls.

Review internal policies, procedures and guidelines to ascertain
compliance with regulatory requirements.

Provide recommendations on compliance issues and findings
identified.

Provide compliance advice on new product launches or revamps,
related sales and marketing materials, training materials,
compliance related and system enhancement projects.

Maintain close liaison with and address issues with regulators,
including regulatory inspections and audits.

Provide appropriate training and promote a culture of
compliance.
- Handle ad hoc requests and projects.
工作要求
-
University graduate in Business Administration, Accounting,
Finance, Economics, Law or related disciplines.

Minimum 6 years of banking experience, with relevant exposure to
compliance / banking regulatory bodies / internal audit / risk
and control management.

Knowledge of investment and insurance products, Foreign Account
Tax Compliance Act (“FATCA”), Common Reporting
Standard (“CRS”).
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge in banking laws, operations, products and
services.

Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior
Manager.
