Our client, a well known Luxury Brand, is looking for high-caliber
person to fill the position.
工作职责

Develop, establish and executive clienteling strategies and
activities
-
Implement the strategic planning on customer acquisition,
retention and activation program
-
Conduct analyses using CRM data, collect & deliver
customer's data
-
Define the data strategy that supports the overall CRM database
marketing requirements and develop a data road map
-
Oversee & manage on-going CRM operations, procedures and all
CRM related system issues
- Allocate, control and review expenses within given budget
-
Stakeholders management, regular meetings with internal &
external parties on campaigns progress
工作要求
-
University graduate in Marketing/Commerce or related discipline
-
8 years' experience in a comparable role in retail industry
- Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe
- Strong client service mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Must possess leadership skills to develop and train others
- Proficient in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
-
Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
