high caliber candidate to join their team.
工作职责

Explore new business opportunities and generate a sustainable
business growth for insurance brokerage segment

Provide sales, training and marketing support to the brokerage
channel
- Conduct regular market and competitors’ analysis

Design and implement sales campaign in order to boost the sales
productivities from business partners
- Share new business ideas and market intelligence
-
Provide high quality of services and supports to business
partners
工作要求
- Degree holder in business-related disciplines
-
6 years+ of experience in banking, insurance brokerage, or
financial services industry
-
Familiar in life insurance products such as premium financing,
universal life, traditional life, investment-linked insurance,
etc.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant
Manager
