Business Analyst / Team Lead (HKD$ 35 - 60K+) (Ref. No.: 26412)
Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber
person to fill the position.
工作职责

Manage a team of business analysts to support the project
development, testing and implementation;
-
Liaise with internal and/or external project teams to support
project implementation and problem resolution to ensure smooth
delivery of the projects;
-
Participate in the whole system development life cycle, from
gathering requirements, system design and analysis, development,
testing, implementation, documentation to maintenance;
-
Drive and lead business solution design to align business,
operational, security and regulatory requirements;
-
Investigate, trouble-shooting and resolving reported system
issues.
工作要求
-
Degree holder in Computer Science / Business Administration or
related disciplines;
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Good experience in life insurance industry, familiar with policy
administration process is preferable;

Good knowledge of insurance operation / procedures is
preferable;

Able to work under a dynamic environment and multi-tasking;

Good in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
- Good team player and willing to learn;

More experience candidates will be considered as Team Lead.
