Our client, a banking company, is looking for high-caliber person to
fill the position.
工作职责

Perform communication work and coordinate with project
stakeholders
- Perform user requirement gathering and feasibility study

Perform user requirement analysis and propose solutions for
business on the system operation workflow
- Negotiate between business users and technical developers

Perform change management skills, negotiate and persuade others
for positive results and communicate effectively across all
functions and levels
- Good communication and analysis skills
-
Good communication skills in English and Chinese (include
Mandarin
工作要求

Bachelor Degree / Associate Degree / High Diploma / Diploma
Graduates in IT related disciplines
-
3 years+ above in business analysis / software development,
preferably in banking/ financial industry; Knowledge on Treasury
products like FX would be a great advantage

Good team player with positive attitude and able to adapt to
changes / work under pressure
- Strong analytic skills and problem-solving skill

Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English,
knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus
