Our client, a Leading Banking Group is looking for high-caliber
person to fill the position
工作职责
-
Strengthen existing customer relationships by providing
insurance advisory and delivering premium customer.
-
Work closely with business partners including Distribution
Strategy Management Team and Banking Relationship Managers to
achieve the assigned business goals.
-
Provide professional sales coaching / training and establish
team collaboration to drive results for personal insurance
business.
-
Support Insurance Specialist Head to develop and deliver product
training programmes / workshops.
工作要求
-
University degree holder in Finance, Economics or related
disciplines.
- Qualified with IIQE Paper.
-
5 years’ sales, marketing or relationship management
experience in Insurance.

Proven ability to achieve business results with sound track
record.
- Strong coaching skills and strong business acumen.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with
initiative, self-motivated and proactively managed.
-
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
with fluent spoken in Cantonese and Mandarin.
