Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber
person to fill the position.
工作职责

Coordinate telecommunication and financial information services

Support the development of a new records management system
-
Assist in conducting file research and compiling information
- Support the enhancement of the inventory database
- Handle general administrative work
- Undertake duties as assigned by the supervisors
工作要求
-
At least 1 year’s relevant experience, preferably in
administrative work, records management and related fields
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficiency in MS Excel alongside Chinese and English data entry

Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently under pressure
- Willing to work outside normal office hours as required
