Our client, a Multinational Company, is looking for high-caliber
person to fill the position.
工作职责
- Provide system and database support for computer systems.

Answer hotline inquiries and perform troubleshooting when
incidents occur.
- Recover the system when incidents occur.

Provide administrative support, including preparation of
statistics and returns.

Arrange equipment or service procurement and equipment inventory
control.

Assist in rectifying and resolving system and database problems.
-
Provide maintenance support, including implementation and
upgrades of hardware and software assets.
-
Record all incidents, problems, and resolutions in ticketing
system.

Perform research, develop, and recommend policy guidelines
and/or procedures.
工作要求
-
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or
related disciplines.
-
7+ years experience FileNet, Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Database
Cluster support.
- Good communication skills and cooperate with people.
