**Urgent** IT Technical Service Supervisor / Assistant Project

Our client, a Multinational Company, is looking for high-caliber
person to fill the position.
工作职责

Responsible for Provide helpdesk service for supporting users
-
Provide technical support for procurement of hardware, software
and services
- Implement and maintain internal system
-
Assist in IT projects including feasibility / technical study,
systems analysis and design, procurement and systems
installation, programming, implementation, system nursing and
maintenance
-
Assist in project planning, resource planning, project
management, vendor management and quality management for IT
projects and outsourcing services, including quality assurance
of deliverables, progress monitoring, service acceptance, etc.

Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and effective
approach
工作要求
-
Degree or above in Computer, Operations Management, Information
Technology & Systems, or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of experience in IT technical support
-
At least 1 years of experience in participating in IT-related
project management
-
Handle on experience in Active Directory, Outlook Mail system,
system & networking, storage & backup and virtualization
-
Knowledge in managing vendors, preparing user requirements
collection and documentation
-
Good communication and writing skills (in both Chinese and
English)
- More experience will be considered as Project Manager
- Less experience will be considered
