Our client, a banking company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Perform communication work and coordinate with project stakeholders
• Perform user requirement gathering and feasibility study
• Perform user requirement analysis and propose solutions for business on the system operation workflow
• Negotiate between business users and technical developers
• Perform change management skills, negotiate and persuade others for positive results and communicate effectively across all functions and levels
• Good communication and analysis skills
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (include Mandarin

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree / Associate Degree / High Diploma / Diploma Graduates in IT related disciplines
• 3 years+ above in business analysis / software development, preferably in banking/ financial industry; Knowledge on Treasury products like FX would be a great advantage
• Good team player with positive attitude and able to adapt to changes / work under pressure
• Strong analytic skills and problem-solving skill
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus
