Our client is a global cosmetic & skincare group with APAC
headquarters in Hong Kong; they are urgently looking for a Data Analyst
who will work closely with Global and APAC Online team and dedicated
Product teams to support the Product Manager and other team members on
metrics and trends, dashboards and reporting, and deep dives into
specific areas of the DTC ecommerce experience. You will collaborate
closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Management, UX, UI, team
members. You will present findings to both internal and external
stakeholders, modifying your approach and level of detail to cater to
the audience. You will play a critical role in supporting the success of
the overall product vision and strategy.

Leverage Google Analytics, Business Intelligence Tool and other
Customer Sentiment tools to contribute to fully developed view of
current brand position by market, and areas of improvement
-
Analyze online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys,
funnel analysis and customer segments
-
Facilitate tagging requirements for data collecting, managing and
reporting on web analytics and other website metrics
-
Present learnings and data trends to stakeholders, catering approach
to audience
-
Develop dashboards and custom views to support Product Teams'
products
-
Analyze impact of site speed performance on ecommerce KPIs,
including impact of key releases and extrapolate potential impact of
further releases
-
Analyze specific digital product pilots to model ROI. Present
recommendation on rollout strategy based on learnings
-
Collaborate with UX and digital product capability teams to analyze
products across brands to define areas of opportunity for investment
-
Recommend site experimentation tests and ensure measurement of
success of test is properly established. Analyze results of
tests (Google Optimize, Optimizely) and speak to recommendation with
confidence

Present learnings to Digital Experience stakeholders to drive
informed decision-making for internal roadmapping

Develop performance dashboards for business users & stakeholders
that support all stages of ecommerce funnel
- Provide insights to accelerate the growth of our business

Coach Product Managers and other team members on data analysis and
tools
工作要求

Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (Economics,
Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer/computational
sciences or similar)
-
5+ years of experience working in management consulting, or in an
internet-driven analytics environment, specifically focused on
website performance, navigation, merchandising best practices,
traffic analysis, and usability or CRM analysis

3+ years of experience with analysis and data visualization
platforms (strong experience with Looker, Data Studio etc.)

Strong understanding digital acquisition, marketing effectiveness
& conversion rate optimization within the following channels:
display, programmatic, ecommerce website, Social, Search, and CRM

Strong analytical skills with direct working experience in SQL and
web analytics (familiarity with Google Analytics required)

Direct experience working in a cross-functional role with proven
ability to effectively communicate

Experience working within teams adopting an Agile software
development methodology
-
Excellent time management and organizational skills with appropriate
sense of urgency and proactive approach
-
Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and other software development
support tools

Knowledge on web design and development including JavaScript and
HTML writing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills to assist in managing multiple projects
and tasks

Ability to multi-task, working independently and to collaborate with
cross functional teams
