Our client, a financial institution is now urgently looking for high caliber candidate to join their team.

工作職責

• Maintain and provide administrative support to membership operations and service and ensure strictly follow company policy and guideline
• Conduct marketing research and membership data analysis for marketing activities / campaigns
• Compile reports to enhance effectiveness of membership operations
• Handle customers' enquiries
• Provide support on marketing activities and CRM programs
• Liaise with service provider and internal departments for members’ privileges and ensure quality services are provided

工作要求

• University graduate in Business Administration, marketing or related discipline
• 5 years of experience in CRM / marketing analysis / business intelligence preferably in banking & finance institutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Hands on experience in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
